Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a File Clerk in Seattle, Washington. This role operates within the banking industry and will require the successful candidate to manage and organize various banking documents, including loan and insurance documents, in a systematic and efficient manner. Responsibilities: • Accurately maintain and organize original banking, loan, and insurance documents for easy accessibility. • Identify various documents related to banking, loan, and insurance for proper management. • Handle Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filings and oversee related processes. • Work closely with agents and borrowers on insurance-related paperwork. • Keep precise records and implement tracking systems for all documentation. • Manage documentation processes in a timely and efficient manner, including returns and follow-ups. • Assist cross-functional teams with tasks related to documentation as required. • Opt for cross-training opportunities in documentation creation or loan operations, if desired. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat is essential for managing and editing PDF files. • Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services is required for payroll and benefits administration. • Familiarity with A-Systems is necessary for efficient business accounting and job cost accounting. • Experience with Epic Software is preferred for managing electronic health records. • Proficiency in IBM AS/400 is essential for managing business operations. • Knowledge of About Time software is beneficial for efficient mobile resource management. • Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls professionally and effectively. • Proficiency in creating Charts - Graphs for data visualization and presentations. • Experience in Clerical Duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. • Excellent Correspondence skills are necessary for communicating internally and with clients. • Familiarity with Fiserv for financial services technology solutions.
