**Req Number** 149855 File Clerk - Temporary Amityville, Suffolk County, NY Schedule: M-F, 8:30am to 5:30pm Work Location: In-Person Assignment Length: 2 Weeks FlexStaff is seeking a File Clerk for our client, a non-profit healthcare organization providing home and community-based healthcare and services for the elderly. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining personnel records, both physical and digital, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This is a temporary position. Responsibilities: + Maintain physical files chronologically and assist with digitizing documents into HR System. + Perform audits to ensure compliance with CMS and NY state requirements. + Serve as project coordinator for special HR assignments. + Create and maintain medical records for new employees. + Maintain Workday and compile reports from the database. + Other related duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred. *Additional Salary Detail The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
