Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented File Clerk/Title Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial due to a recent acquisition, which has resulted in an additional 100,000 titles in our vault. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing these titles efficiently.
ResponsibilitiesProvide clerical and administrative supportPerform data entry tasks accuratelyHandle front desk duties, including answering phones and customer serviceScan and file documents efficientlyUtilize Microsoft Office applications for various tasksMaintain and organize files and sorting documentsEnsure attention to detail in all administrative tasksManage the lifting and moving of file boxes (up to 50 pounds)Maintain strong attendance and work on Saturdays as requiredEssential SkillsStrong attention to detailProficient typing skillsExperience with Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to maintain strong attendanceCapability to lift up to 50 poundsAdditional Skills & QualificationsClerical and computer skillsAdministrative support experienceFront desk and customer service skillsExperience with filing and sorting documentsEffective communication and customer support abilitiesWork Environment
This is an in-office position with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including a 30-minute lunch break. The work environment is business casual, prohibiting flip flops, ripped jeans, and perfume. This is a contract position with the potential for transitioning to a permanent role or moving to different roles within the company.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
