Must Have:

Should be able to handle the administration of FileNet Should be able to handle install, upgrades, patching, etc Need to have solid experience in Linux Will be helping clients in the lower environment as well This is an admin role not development role Any scripting experience is OK Min. 4 plus years of experience Intermediate to expert knowledge of FileNet (CPE) Intermediate to expert knowledge of workflow (ICM, ICN) - Content manager & Content Navigator Very good knowledge of AIX/Linux commands (lots of folks were good in windows but not so much in AIX) as well as scripting. Very good knowledge on WebSphere administration/config

Nice to Have:

Cloud and AWS experience OR certification

Roles and Responsibilities:

Independently owning complex tasks and customer interactions Excellent Prod issue trouble shooting (past exp on resolving challenging issues) Lower env maintenance (upgrades/maintenance/troubleshooting) Communication skills/Attitude Java coding knowledge a plus Available weekends and nights if needed.
