Our client, a leader in the medical diagnostics industry, is seeking a Fill/Pack Operator 1 to join their team. As a Fill/Pack Operator 1, you will be part of the production team supporting the manufacturing of medical diagnostic test kits. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a desire to learn new processes, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Fill/Pack Operator 1
**Location:** Newark, DE
**Pay Range:** $18.45 - $23.06
**What's the Job?**
+ Operate fill production manufacturing equipment.
+ Inspect and package finished products.
+ Verify raw materials to ensure batches manufactured contain correct components and quantities.
+ Assist and partner with support personnel to troubleshoot manufacturing-related issues.
+ Follow production area procedures and area guidelines as written.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent degree.
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
+ Willingness to comply with quality systems and regulatory agencies.
+ Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs and stand or sit for long periods.
