**Job Title: Filler Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Filler Operators for both night and day shifts. This role involves operating and maintaining filling machines, ensuring quality checks, and following safety protocols. The available shifts include Front Half Nights and Back Half Days, each with a 12-hour shift pattern. **Responsibilities** + Set-up, operate, and maintain filling machine. + Perform and record quality checks to ensure shelf-life integrity and package quality. + Perform nominal maintenance on equipment. + Perform and document Clean-In-Place (CIP) and in-process sanitation on equipment and/or area as needed. + Ensure food safety and quality protocols are followed. + Ensure all Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations are followed at all times. + Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including, but not limited to, safety glasses, face shields, hearing protection, safety shoes, and gloves. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 6 months of experience working in a food manufacturing or GMP environment. + Ability to work on feet for 12-hour shifts. + Strong interpersonal communication skills including the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. + Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) and the ability to read charts and monitors. + Ability to multitask. + Ability to push up to 300 pounds and pull up to 500 pounds with mechanical assistance, and lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds frequently. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to use the buddy system for lifting items over 50 pounds or awkward items (e.g., waste totes). **Why Work Here?** Join a well-known brand offering a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Steel toe boots are required for all production and warehouse positions. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tualatin, Oregon. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
