**Job Title: Filler Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Filler Operator to join our team for the Front Half Nights shift. The schedule consists of every other Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 6pm to 6:30am. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining the filling machine, performing quality checks, and ensuring adherence to food safety and quality protocols. **Responsibilities** + Set-up, operate, and maintain the filling machine. + Perform and record quality checks to ensure shelf-life integrity and package quality. + Perform nominal maintenance on equipment. + Conduct and document Clean-In-Place (CIP) processes and in-process sanitation on equipment and/or area as needed. + Ensure food safety and quality protocols are followed. + Adhere to all Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations at all times. + Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, face shields, hearing protection, safety shoes, and gloves. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 6 months of experience working in a food manufacturing or GMP environment. + Strong interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. + Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) and the ability to read charts and monitors. + Ability to multitask effectively. + Physical ability to push up to 300 pounds and pull up to 500 pounds with mechanical assistance, and lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds frequently. Monitoring the packaging line and products that just came out of the packaging machine. The environment can have strong odors and requires standing for 12+ hours. Steel toe boots are required for all production and warehouse positions. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tualatin, Oregon. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
