**Filling Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Filling Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will operate Blow Fill Seal (BFS) machines, ensuring the quality and consistency of production output, and maintaining a clean and compliant work environment. This role offers opportunities for growth and development within a new and expanding facility. **Responsibilities** + Operate Blow Fill Seal machines under the supervision of more experienced operators and team leads. + Set up and tear down machines as per the production schedule. + Perform basic machine adjustments and assist in troubleshooting simple equipment issues. + Monitor production output for quality and consistency, ensuring product integrity. + Conduct visual and physical inspections of products to meet quality standards. + Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area, including cleaning machines and tools. + Follow all safety guidelines, SOPs, and GMPs to ensure a safe and compliant working environment. + Record and maintain accurate production data (e.g., batch records, logs). + Communicate any quality or equipment issues to the Level 2 operator or supervisor. + Participate in training and development activities to progress to the next operator level. **Essential Skills** + Experience with filling machines and aseptic environments. + Previous injection mold experience and sterile work experience. + Knowledge of packaging, aseptic, and machine operating. + Familiarity with GMP and machine setup, especially Blow Fill Seal (BFS) machines. + High school diploma or equivalent. + 2+ years of experience in a sterile filling manufacturing environment, preferably in the medical, pharmaceutical, or food industries. + Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes. + Willingness to learn and take direction from operators. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values your growth and development.
