Job Description

PVD, CVD of process and equipment engineering manager, as a PVD, CVD. Considering EE and PE professional area process and equipment of manager at Micron Technology, Inc.,

You will be working with TD/PIE/NPM/MFG/QE/GQ, responsible for cross-tech DRAM technologies, Managing NPI / LVM / HVM  programs, understand implement for advance packaging qualification for success LVM validation and HVM. Manager NPI activities achieve Project milestone through Phase Gate Review. Review FMEA, SPC and Quality Control Plan / tool implementation and fan-out strategy . Setup metrics to track HVM program KPIs, analysis yield issue and defect failure analysis Excursion management, drive effective CA/PA. Support network projects and BKM.

Managing MFG Partners on Engineering and Operational related issues. Collaboration with NPM/QE/PIE/Operations team to support delivery items related to engineering issues
 

Requirement: Experience:

More than 10 years’ Fab work experience in any of the following:

the candidate can worked for tsmc, UMC or other FE tier1 company with 5 years’ experience.

Fab Process/Equipment engineering Experience in NPI/HVM development experience, or experience working in subcon will be a plus

Education: Minimum must have Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognized university or related field equivalent technical work experience.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Establish and improve process condition and technology.

• Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.

• Establish and modify process management projects.

• Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.

• Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.

• Abnormal analysis and improvement.
