Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Filtration System Specialist to support local automotive plants in the Detroit area. This person will be responsible for SOR development, procurement, maintenance, and standards of filtration equipment. They will be involved in machining and grinding equipment for both aluminum and iron; filtration, chip handling, and mist collection, and fluid, coolant cutting, and filtration systems. This person will also serve as the subject matter expert for filtration troubleshooting this role will be remote with onsite plant visits as needed (for filter runoffs at OEMs, etc). Standards for this candidate to understand include: 1. NFPA 13 - Standard for the Installation of Sprinkler Systems 2. NFPA 652 - Standard on the Fundamentals of Combustible Dust 3. NFPA 68 Standard - Combustible Devices 4. Industrial Ventilation Manual - ACGIH (Latest Edition) 5. NFPA - National Fire Protection Association We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
