Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)Perform thorough inspections of completed trailers to ensure all components are installed and functioning correctly. Identify and address any defects, such as paint touch-ups, weld clean-up, or alignment issues.Sand, buff, or polish surfaces to remove imperfections. Tighten, adjust, or replace parts as needed to ensure the trailer is fully functional. Seal and caulk joints for weatherproofing and durability.Final Finish Qualifications:
Previous experience in manufacturing assembly, or finishing roles preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical documents. Basic knowledge of tolls and equipment, including sanders, buffers, and nail guns. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
