Responsibilities Internal positions available in Final Packaging on A Shift! Bid closes on Monday, February 24, 2025. In this role you could be responsible for operating packaging equipment and preparing customer orders for shipment. Areas of responsibility for our final packaging operators: Package and label wire for stock and shipments, print out and label customer part numbers Meet all production and quality standards Cable test prior to respool if necessary, cut out any obvious quality defects in the cable Use the computer for labels, master information, process sheets, and to report production Read and comprehend shop floor paperwork including masters, process sheets, and SOPs Qualifications Ideal work and educational background: High School Diploma or GED, required Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or machine operator position, preferred Ability to read, write, and comprehend documents provided to operator machines printed in English. Basic math skills, required Ability to operate a computer, required Ability to communicate effectively with various employees throughout the facility Ability to work in both a team environment and as an individual contributor Leviton is an EEO/AA Employer.
