**Job Summary:** We are looking for a finance accountant in DAUT Japan. In this role, the accountant will be responsible for accounts payable and receivable with account reconciliations, supporting the month-end close cycle, assisting in internal and external audits, and performing other tasks as requested. If you have experience in finance and/or accounting and want to grow your career in our team, we welcome you to join us. **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Responsible for Accounts Payable i.e., expense posting, travel expense reimbursement, domestic transfers, or overseas remittances. + Responsible for Accounts Receivable claims and collections. + Support month-end close processes, prepare and input journal entries, and review and resolve account activity. + Responsible for performing account reconciliations to ensure transactions are recorded in compliance with accounting standards. + Assist with preparing monthly financial documents and ensure accuracy. + Provide support for annual internal and external audits by working cross-functionally. + Support the annual physical inventory count and periodic cycle counts. + Update process documentation including accounting policies and procedures. + Assess compliance with standard operating procedures and internal controls. + Assist in identifying and driving process improvement strategies and other Ad Hoc tasks as assigned. + Perform all duties following Company Business Conduct Guidelines. **Who You Are:** You act with a clear sense of ownership.
