Shifts: Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break

Williams Lea seeks a Finance Administrator to join our team!

Purpose of role
The Finance Administrator will work as part of a newly created Finance team to provide the highest level of customer service to our client’s requirements. Whilst the list of tasks in this document is not exhaustive, the Finance Administrator may cover any combination of the tasks set out below and will provide excellent customer service, performing all operations requested without direct supervision.
This includes, but is not limited to, the efficient and prompt answering of queries, adhering to the clients and Williams Lea’s, policies and procedures, courteous interaction with clients, completing all work within the agreed services levels and assisting with completing general administrative duties as and when required.
The Finance Administrator is accountable for maintaining the established relationship between the client and Williams Lea. This is an entry-level position that requires Microsoft Excel proficiency.
Key responsibilities
Process and maintain financial records, including raising purchase orders and processing of invoices and providing invoice back upLiaise with Accounts Payable to resolve any issuesLiaising with multiple contacts to fulfil the roleAssist with the preparation and submission of business reports for multiple departmentsSupport the client and the business budgeting and management information activitiesEnsure compliance with policies and proceduresHandle general administrative tasks such as business reports, managing and storing of dataLiaising with VendorsMaintaining up to date spreadsheets/systems. Identifying and reconciliation any discrepancies.The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as and when requiredPersonal attributes
