Takealot.com, South Africa's premier online retailer, is on the hunt for a Finance Administrator for a 6-month Fixed Term Contract

This position reports to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Your specific responsibilities will include:

Calculation and updating of product-weighted average cost prices. Preparation of financial reports. Assist in the preparation of reconciliations. Update and maintain financial records. Daily cash book processing.

Attributes required:

Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal. A quick learner with a high capacity for mastering new processes. Keen attention to detail. Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Qualifications and Experience:

Relevant Accounting Degree/Diploma 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role Proficient understanding of accounting, financial reporting, and analysis gained through practical experience. Intermediate skills in MS Excel (lookup / pivot). SAGE Evolution experience would be an advantage
