Henkel is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Finance Analyst who is a data science enthusiast with a passion for tech in finance, keeping up with the latest trends such as Power BI , R Programming , Python, SQL, and AI tools. The successful candidate will join our Reporting and Advanced Analytics team, playing a critical role in driving business performance by providing insightful financial analysis and reporting, building advanced financial tools using the latest tech, and advancing the way data is shared within the organization, all while working in a fast-paced environment with significant exposure to senior management.

Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, and variance analysis to support business decision-making. Data Management & Visualization: Utilize PowerBI to develop queries, DAX formulas, and workflows to create comprehensive and insightful dashboards and reports. Sales & Demand Forecasting: Maintain sales and demand forecasting models    Business Partnering: Collaborate with various business units to provide financial insights and support the teams' strategic initiatives. Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses as required by management and provide actionable recommendations. Automation & Innovation: Leverage R programming or Python to automate data processing and reporting tasks, and develop predictive models to support business decisions. Database Management: Maintain financial databases to ensure data integrity and availability for analysis. Advanced Analytics: Apply advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. Curiosity in GenAI: Demonstrate a keen interest in Generative AI (GenAI) and its applications in financial analysis and business strategy. YOUR SKILLS Technical Skills: PowerBI: Advanced knowledge of PowerBI, including proficiency in creating complex queries, DAX functions, and workflows. Programming: Basic to intermediate knowledge of R programming or Python and SQL for data analysis and automation. Database Management: Experience in managing and maintaining financial databases. Education and Personal Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple stakeholders. Proactivity: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in FMCG or a similar business environment with proven expertise in financial analysis is an asset.

The salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $85,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
