This is an accounting and finance position in the fast-paced Global Digital & Analytics Business Units that will be responsible for performing planning and forecasting activities, assisting in the monthly and quarterly accounting close process, facilitating financial operations, and providing accurate, clear/concise reporting to Business Unit/Finance management (divisional and corporate) on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis. This position affords a unique opportunity to interact with the Senior Digital & Analytics Management Teams across regions (North America, Asia Pacific, Latin America, etc…) and lines of business.

Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and YTD financial statements (specific to the Global Digital Business Unit) for completeness and accuracy. Compile metrics and analysis on various portions of the P&L including Premium, Reinsurance, Commissions and Expenses. Identify, define and track Key Drivers of Production and Acquisition Costs by Vertical and Channel. Gather/prepare documentation to support unusual activity, trends or occurrences and inform divisional personnel of the findings. Continue to follow up on issues until completion. Key member of team responsible for building the annual plan and monthly/quarterly forecasting. Assist in the development of business reports and providing support to related users. Create and process accounts payables for both Digital & Analytics Businesses. Support intercompany transactions including creation of journal entries and processing of debit notes.Four year degree in Business with an Accounting/Finance major (Preferred)Insurance accounting/financial knowledge understanding (Preferred)Experience with Property and Casualty Insurance and/or Reinsurance (Preferred)Must demonstrate an orientation to resultsAbility to work effectively and independently with other disciplines and all levels of management/staff throughout the organizationGood communication skills both oral and writtenStrong analytical skillsAbility to problem solve and work autonomously, to manage multiple projects and staff, and to prioritize appropriatelyStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
