Finance Analyst Job ID 199716 Posted 20-Jan-2025 Service line Corporate Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Accounting/Finance Location(s) Hyderabad - Telangana - India **About the Role:** As a CBRE P2P Resolution Accountant, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving AP related queries and issues. Main goal of employee in this position is to capture Accounts Payables related matters and independently lead the communication with Business Finance/Operational Teams, and the Suppliers to resolve them. **What You’ll Do:** + Coordinate end - to - end P2P process from vendor set-up to the invoice payment. + Scan invoices for processing and/or process invoices uploads + Report on and mange Purchases Orders + Support vendor creation activities + Manage Client dedicated generic mailboxes. + Perform analysis and investigate on captured and/or raised issues (vendor creation, invoice/payment status, remittance advices, duplicate/incorrect payments, purcheases orders etc.). + Actively and regulary monitor and follow-up on unapproved, unpaid and outstanding items. + Perform AP Closing activities in line with the given timeframes. + Perform BAU tasks in line with SOC1 and SOX controls + Organize & conduct P2P process and system related trainings for Client Teams + Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and analysis based on internal needs and stakeholders’ requests + Co-operate with other CBRE Teams: Invoice Processing, Client Accounting, Payments + Deliver process efficiencies by developing tools for automation in cooperation with the Business Process Excellence/Reporting Teams + Review and update process documentation, playbooks and guidelines + Support in system migration, changes & testing **What You'll Need:** + Experience in Finance/Accounting (AP) or Finance and Accounting degree (3-5 years of experience) + Good understanding of Accounts Payable processes + Good MS Office skills (especially Outlook & Excel) + Oracle/JDE ERP would be an asset + Strong analytical skills with attention to detail + Stand-alone approach to business challenges + Strong communication skills + Fluent English - B2-C1 + Ability to drive, analyses and implement process improvements + Pro-active approach, willingness to learn and share knowledge with others. **Company Perks and benefits:** + Health Care: Health Insurance to Self, Immediate family & Parents/In-laws + Accident & Term life Insurance for all employees. + Food & Snacks: Free Meals & snacks are provided in all shifts. + Mental Wellbeing: A confidential service that provides facility of counselling to keep you emotionally & mentally well while dealing with the challenges. + Child Care: We partner with Klay day care and CBRE employees get 100% waiver on admission fee.
