Benefits & Perks:
Compensation - 70k to 80k.Please note that this will be Hybrid (2 times a week Tuesday/Thursday at the Client’s Guelph location).Permanent Opportunity + 3 Weeks’ Vacation +Health & Dental Benefits + RRSP Matching 2%.Responsibilities:
Assess operations and suggest improvements.Analyze data to spot trends and opportunities.Collaborate with the Director of Operations to enhance scheduling and workflows.Lead projects, create plans, and manage tasks.Communicate with stakeholders to align goals and streamline processes.Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in Finance.Must have atleast two years as a Financial Analyst but interested in the Business operation side as well.Proficient in MS Office including Excel (PIVOT TABLES, VLOOK UPS, FORMULAS).Proficient with POWER BI is a must or any other Reporting system experience.Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols.Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions.
