Finance Analyst
Description Job Description: Financial Analyst or Associate Industry: Financial Services - Hybrid schedule, with 1 day in office (Mondays). My client is seeking a Financial Analyst or Associate (title determined by experience level) to join its Corporate Finance team. This role will support the company’s operations and contribute to its ongoing growth initiatives. The Corporate Finance group leads critical functions that include capital raising, strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and treasury operations. The selected candidate will play an active role in debt facility and fund reporting, collateral management, liquidity planning and forecasting, compliance tracking, portfolio analysis, and other ad-hoc projects supporting capital-raising efforts and strategic planning initiatives. My client is a lending institution with a distinguished history of providing flexible, strategic capital solutions exclusively to life sciences and healthcare services companies worldwide. Key Responsibilities: + Assist in debt facility and fund reporting processes. + Manage collateral requirements and tracking. + Support liquidity planning and forecasting efforts. + Monitor compliance, including tracking key obligations. + Conduct portfolio analysis to provide insights and recommendations. + Contribute to strategic planning, capital-raising initiatives, and ad-hoc corporate finance projects. Requirements Qualifications: + Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting required. + Two to five years of relevant work experience in financial analysis or corporate finance. + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. + Strong data modeling skills — including data manipulation, forecasting, and pro forma analysis. + Knowledge of financial statements and general finance/accounting principles. + Familiarity with debt capital markets and/or asset-based borrowing is a plus. + Highly organized and detail oriented. + Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. + Self-driven with a willingness to learn and operate in a fast-paced environment. Additional Details: + Team Size: Approximately 50 employees across the country, with 25 based locally and 5 in accounting operations. + Compensation: Competitive salary package, including base pay and bonus, determined by skills, experience, training, and certifications.
