Finance Analyst - Contract Management Job ID 197751 Posted 20-Dec-2024 Service line Corporate Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Accounting/Finance Location(s) Kuala Lumpur - Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia **About the Role:** The Contract Management Analyst is responsible for supporting all financial aspects of the EMEA Contract Management, while driving quality and contract management execution within business unit ensuring SLA & Business KPIs are met. **What You’ll Do:** + Input for project / contract (details) setup in ERP. + Collect and submit contract data. + Manage / monitor query resolution related to Contract Management. + Checking accuracy and completeness of change request forms, including pricing information + Coordinating input from stakeholders, as required. + Identifying proper contract documents and template. + Performing basic contract reviews. + Ensuring compliance to processes. **What You’ll Need:** + Minimum 1 years' experience in Finance/SSC environment. + Able to work independently with minimal supervision. + High level of accuracy, numerical ability and attention to detail. + Proficiency in English. + A team player and able to promote teamwork among the team. + Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change. + Computer literate, preferably with Excel spreadsheet knowledge.
