This position offers the opportunity to work under the direction of senior consultants and peers in a mentoring environment. The role encompasses a range of responsibilities and skills that are focused on the financial analysis of real estate strategies for commercial office occupiers and owners. The candidate must be proactive, ambitious, and perform at a high-level in a customer-focused, highly time-sensitive, and collaborative atmosphere. A strong grasp of real estate and financial principles as well as modeling concepts are essential to the success of this role. Note that the estimated start date is August 2025. **What You'll Do:** + Create complex and comprehensive financial models to help clients understand the economic implications of various real estate occupancy and ownership strategies. + Analyze market statistics, trends, leases, draft detailed abstracts, and summarize key lease clauses and economics. + Research and analyze building ownership and tenant profiles. + Develop customized client presentations and deliverables. **What You'll Need:** **To be considered for this role, please submit a cover letter and your resume with your cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.** You may also attach your unofficial college transcript at time of application to expedite consideration. + To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. Salesperson license will need to be obtained upon hire. + Intermediate (college education level) knowledge of financial terms, concepts, and accounting principles, as well as a basic understanding of real estate. Coursework or practical application of finance, accounting, statistics, and other general business concepts. Financial modeling experience helpful. + Ability to accurately explain/report data in both verbal and written communications. + Computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) required. Experience with Excel/spreadsheet modeling is highly recommended. + Exceptionally strong work ethic and adaptable in a fast-paced, team oriented environment. + Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results. The minimum salary for the Financial Analyst position is $85,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Financial Analyst position is $95,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
