Position Summary

Responsible for data entry, recording of expense and cost documents, bank reconciliations, and collaboration with monthly accounting closing and financial reports.

Essential Responsibilities

• Responsible for bank reconciliations
• Support the monthly accounting closing process.
• Entry of cost and expense data.
• Assistance with physical inventories.
• Responsible for the correct filing of documents.
• Responsible for the payment schedule.
• Control of fixed assets
• Analysis of minor accounts.

Position Requirements

• 01 year of experience in Accounting
• Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or student of the last courses.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
• PC management with Windows and Office programs, mainly Excel (intermediate level required), Word and PowerPoint.
• Basic level of written and oral English.
