At our Cascades facilities in Rockingham North Carolina, you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Cascades Tissue Group of our team as a Finance and Administration Technician:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform daily follow-up on the status of payables related to the plants.
Participate in updating data tools to support the controller and financial analyst in follow-ups and analyses.
Handle various billing tasks.
Update presentations using PowerPoint.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data entered into the system.
Perform general office and administrative work as required.
Assist in period-end closings (monthly and annual).
Contribute to the operational and administrative efficiency of the department.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & STRENGTHS
Accounting or finance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
Leadership and expertise in promoting buy-in to proposed solutions
REQUIREMENTS
Hold a certificate, AEC, or diploma in accounting.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience in accounts payable.
Good command of the Office suite, particularly Excel at an advanced level.
Experience working with SAP software or another ERP.
