Finance and Business Management - Treasury Capital Controller - Associate

As part of the CIB Capital Controllers team, you'll be instrumental in reporting the risk weighted assets and capital metrics, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape. As a Treasury Capital Controller - RWA - Associate within our dynamic team, you will take on the role of Derivative risk-stripe-owner, overseeing Basel III Risk Weighted Assets (RWA). Your role will involve developing a comprehensive understanding of Derivatives products, positioning you as the primary liaison between Derivative RWA calculations and the business activities that promote them. You will also be responsible for supporting the implementation of new and evolving regulations, undertaking ad-hoc projects and analyses, and using intelligent solutions to automate and enhance our team's analytical capabilities. In this fast-paced setting, your intellectual curiosity and ability to collaborate will be crucial in understanding and promoting results. Your self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate business results succinctly to management and other stakeholders will be essential in this role. **Job Responsibilities:** + End-to-end reporting of CIB Basel III RWA results for Derivatives based on a monthly and quarterly cycle including; coordinating RWA attestations and variance commentary from sub-Lines of Businesses, preparation and collections of various adjustment types, visualization and summarization of results as well as assist with internal and external reporting processes. + Perform ad-hoc analysis in support of firm initiatives and management requests. + Organize and moderate CIB controller forums and presentations. + Assist in the implementation of Basel III Endgame rule changes, including organizing working groups with business and corporate partners, providing project management support, as well as planning and testing enhancements of capital reporting systems. + Identify areas where processes can leverage automations using intelligent solutions such as Alteryx and Tableau **Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:** + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field + 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field + Outstanding written and verbal communications and ability to tailor message and style to different constituencies (e.g., Finance, Executive Management) + Understanding of financial products and markets, as well as ability to link results to activities + Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong relationships across the organization + Good personal management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple (and changing) project deliverables at same time + Aptitude for identifying business needs, improving on current processes, and driving operational change + Existing proficiency with (or willingness to learn) automation and dashboarding tools (Alteryx and Tableau) + Proficiency in Microsoft Office **Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills** + Experience with internal JPM systems a plus.
