At our Amsterdam-based center Wacker Biotech B.V. focuses on the GMPcompliant microbial based production of recombinant proteins, vaccines and live microbials as drug substance and drug product.

Job responsibilities:

Processing all received invoices; Responsible for all payments and expenses;  First contact for suppliers and answering all questions from suppliers in the field of finance; Responsible for checking expense reports; Master data management for financial data in ERP system; Daily processing of bank bookings including checking for completeness; Monthly reporting of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable report; Accounts Payable follow-up of items requiring analysis; Support and care of files and connection with source data for internal and external auditors; Monthly preparation accruals; ERP system monthly updates.


Qualifications required:

MBO education in business administration and at least 2 years of experience; Experience with an ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics is a plus; Good oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English; Independent, structured, open-minded and accurate; You reside in the Netherlands, and you have a valid work permit to work in the Netherlands.
