Job description
Assist in the preparation and submission of local reports, ensuring compliance with authority requirements (e.g., Investment Monitoring and Evaluation Reports, Monitoring and Evaluation Statistical Report; etc.).
Maintain filing systems for financial documents and ensure all records are securely stored.
Ensure that the company’s financial documents comply with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Track and file employee expense claims, ensuring they comply with company policies and are processed in a timely manner.
Provide administrative assistance to the finance teams as needed, including managing inquiries and correspondence related to finance.
Support accounting & finance related operations. Support the finance team with audit-related requests and documentation.
Ad-hoc tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in finance administration or a similar role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax processes.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
