You will be the Associate Finance Manager for the HIMARS program, supporting the Program Finance organization within the Tactical and Strike Missions business area in Grand Prairie, TX. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional financial management and analysis to drive program success.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Associate Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading financial planning and analysis activities, collaborating with stakeholders, and mentoring junior analysts to ensure the program meets its financial commitments.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Program Cost Control: managing and controlling program costs to ensure financial commitments are met
• Establishing and Managing Program Cost Baselines: developing and maintaining accurate cost baselines to inform financial decision-making
• Financial Customer Reporting: preparing and delivering financial reports to customers and stakeholders
• Program Financial Planning & Analysis: analyzing financial data to inform program decisions and drive business outcomes
• CSR and LRP Generation: leading the development of Contract Status Reports (CSRs) and Long Range Plans (LRPs)
• Business Case Analysis: developing and presenting business cases to support program decisions
• Training and Mentoring: providing guidance, training, and mentoring to junior analysts to support their development and growth
• Ad Hoc Requests: responding to ad hoc requests from stakeholders and leadership to support program financial management

Basic Qualifications:
-Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

-Ability to interact with senior internal/external stakeholders

Desired Skills:
-Accounting, Finance, or Business related degree
-Team player with strong communication skills and positive attitude
-Prior experience in LM Program Finance / Cost Control / FP&A
-Proven experience leading a team

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
