As a Finance & Business Management, Analyst for US Private Bank, you will help optimize performance and lead key initiatives. We act as trusted advisors and counterweight to Business/Group Heads, and are responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks. 

Job responsibilities

Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and track team deliverables Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and business partners, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes Engage front-office, support, and control functions to understand root causes of recurring issues, coordinate the execution of remediation's and seek the optimization of processes and controls Participate in risk reduction by monitoring & maintaining a sound control environment and supporting audit and regulatory reviews and initiatives

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area Relevant work experience  Ability to multi-task and organize work to meet deadlines across multiple projects and stakeholders Ability to deliver timely, high-quality presentations and reporting for various audiences Great analytical skills with a high attention to detail Intermediate-level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables) Excellent written and oral communication skills Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills
