Job Title: Finance Business Partner – Nutrition SCC TH CL

Job Scope
The Finance Business Partner (FBP) Supply Chain Cost (SCC) focused Role is designed to strengthen end-to-end SCC transparency, accuracy, and optimisation, while enhancing both short- and long-term analysis of all SCC. The FBP is expected to partner and support both the Business Unit and Supply Chain Leadership to optimise cost and business performance, bringing strategic and analytical thinking to all SCC discussions, and providing strong transparency on P&L impact across TH & CL.
Responsibilities
Perform and provide analyses on the latest SCC developments, and the implications to Local TH & CL P&L.
Support the BU in managing GM delivery of TH & CL, via SCC insights and managing risks and opportunities.
Drive SCC Saving Programs with relevant teams, ensuring accuracy of savings estimation and forecasts. Coordinate closely with project teams to maximise savings delivery.
Review, sense check, validate, and provide advice on key SCC Business Cases – including CapEx and Savings. Establish and enforce discipline of Post-Evaluations on key investments.
Provide Long Term SCC and CapEx forecast analysis and advice.
Participate in Key Performance Meetings, both for the Business Unit and Factory Team, to provide financial advice and support in meeting preparations as required.
Lead/support end-to-end process simplifications and improvements as required.
Co-ordinate with regional finance teams as required.
Support other financial analysis for the company as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor/master’s degree, in related field (e.g. Business/Finance/Economics/Accounting/etc.).
Relevant experiences preferred (e.g. FMCG/Finance Partnering/Industrial/Auditing/etc.).
Responsible, accountable, cautious in ensuring accuracy.
Analytical skills and sound logic. Business-minded, with good financial understanding.
Biased for action, agile and flexible, willing to learn.
Team player with positive mindset.
