Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our client’s team. The Finance Business Partner will play a crucial role providing financial insights, analysis, and guidance to support
strategic & operational decision–making across the Commercial and Operations areas of the business

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with department heads and business leaders to understand their financial needs and provide strategic financial advice and support. Analyze financial data and develop financial models to support decision-making and drive business performance. Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management and other stakeholders. Monitor and analyze financial performance against targets and identify areas for improvement. Provide financial expertise in evaluating business opportunities, investments, and projects. Drive cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for cost savings. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on financial matters. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in finance and business partnering. Support the Finance team in month-end close, financial reporting, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Honours Degree (preferably B.Com Accounting or Management Accounting) or equivalent and Qualified CA (SA) or CIMA MBA will be advantageous
