Objectives of the Role
The primary objective of this role is to serve as a business partner to the AHO of Thailand in managing the finance function, which include:
• Drive overall performance through financial management
• Oversight financial statement preparation
• Provide strategic recommendations to business team
• Foster collaboration across functions to ensure cohesive financial solutions
• Protect and preserve the enterprise’s values and assets against risks
Main Tasks
• Oversee and manage the financial performance
• Monitor performance metrics and reporting
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
• Monitor A/R and DSO development
• Provide in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
• Support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and recommendations
Qualifications, Experience and Characteristics Required
• Bachelor degree or above
• Knowledge on sizable ERP and reporting systems
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Dynamic, analytical, and integrity-driven
• Proactive with strong sense of responsibility
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Health Care industry experience is an advantage
