Finance Business Partner Job ID 197845 Posted 12-Dec-2024 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Accounting/Finance Location(s) London - England - United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland **Finance Business Partner** **Location: London, minimum 3 days per week in the office required** Purpose: To fully support the Managing Director of National Markets across all areas of finance. This role will report directly into the Finance Business Partner of National Markets. **Key Responsibilities** + Finance Business Partnering within National Markets, with exact area of business to be confirmed, but likely to be responsible for around £40m of revenue. + Oversee monthly revenue and quarterly P&L forecasting, proactively identifying areas for attention + Oversee and effectively manage the end-to-end month-end processes including but not limited to: + Monthly P&L reviews & cost management + Accrual management & increasing Client IQ usage + Revenue Recognition training & support as appropriate + Proactively drive debt & disbursements processes + Oversee the budget process & support on business plan preparation + Labour allocations, salary dashboard reviews & year-end remuneration process co-ordination + Ad-hoc & operational projects as necessary **Person Specification/Requirements** + Qualified accountant ideally with 3 years business partnering experience + Presentable, personable and confident individual who can easily liaise with senior management + Self-starter with attention to detail and strong time-management skills + Technical accounting, system & excel skills plus fee forecasting background preferred **Working at CBRE** When you join CBRE you will have the support and resources of a global firm where an entrepreneurial mind-set is encouraged.
