Finance Business Partner Job Description: Are you a Finance Business Partner seeking a challenging new role in a global FTSE 100 business? We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to join the team, working within the Commercial Finance team, you will provide business partner support to a portfolio of Products. Working with the Commercial Finance Analyst, and with oversight from the Commercial Finance Director, you will be expected to deliver insight and strategic financial advice to the business, supporting decision making that helps deliver on financial targets. You’ll be analytical with a head for numbers, but also have the collaborative business partnering skills needed to set your business unit up for success. The role is hybrid, 3 days a week from our Lawrenceville, GA office Key Responsibilities: You'll be involved: • Be a trusted business partner by building strong relationships with business leads and their teams. • Proactively provide leaders with high quality financial analysis and guidance to aid commercial decision making. • Provide standardised and simplified reporting as well as ad-hoc analysis and insights on specific issues. • Own the delivery of month-end close for your Product suite in a materially accurate and timely manner. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes including planning and budgeting and ensure compliance with appropriate financial standards and best practices. • Drive optimisation of P&L performance and exert control over spending • Ensure effective support for investment decisions by building robust business cases. • Provide high quality budget, forecasting and commercial insight to improve business predictability. What are we looking for: You’ll be a Qualified Accountant or have a related Degree and have experience of working closely with senior stakeholders with several years of Finance Business Partnering. Alongside this, you’ll have • Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to simplify financial data for your audience. • Able to build effective stakeholder relationships quickly. • Comfortable challenging and influencing decisions. • Commercially aware • Have strong attention to detail. • Thrive in a fast paced environment • Experience in financial modelling would be advantageous Benefits?
