What does the role look like?

We're looking for a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join our Wolverhampton team. As we embark on an exciting period of growth you will be a key point of contact for the Value Stream leadership team.

You will provide timely and insightful analysis that will support improved business decision making, maximising potential returns and challenging the team to think differently to drive both continuous improvement and a cost-conscious culture.

You will be able to build relationships, have a continuous improvement mindset & be comfortable making data driven business decisions. If you have not worked in Manufacturing or Engineering previously, we would still encourage you to apply!

What will your day-to-day responsibilities look like?

Serve as the primary point of contact for the Value Stream, providing financial analysis, insight, and key support to senior leadership.Accountable for overseeing the financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities and preparing monthly accounts.Responsible for the forecasting process, delivering in a timely and accurate fashion with full Value Stream participation.Act as a key contributor towards long term strategy to drive growth and driving cost reduction projectsMeasure and attend daily business performance reviews to improve manufacturing outputSupporting the Programmes functions, ensuring correct pricing and good long term product profitabilityEnsure the control environment is maintained and complies with Collins Aerospace’s accounting policies and procedures in line with US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley and international accounting standards.Coordinate audit processes for the Value Stream Finance team as required (Internal & External)
