WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Southeast Asia and Taiwan (“SEATW”) as a growth engine for the company, has over 4000 employees, supporting more than 20 groups or divisions across all functions from commercial to manufacturing, Finance, Legal, IT, etc.

This role will be based in Indonesia and report to Country Commercial Senior Finance Manager with below key responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Forecasting:

Build and maintain financial models to forecast business performance.

Nurture dialogue with customers to meet Goals and Objectives

Managing profitability through pricing& volume analysis and OPEX monitoring

Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.

Analyse variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets, and provide explanations.

Financial Analysis:

Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Support central initiatives with financial analysis and modeling.

Evaluate business performance and critical metrics to provide recommendations for improvement.

Reporting:

Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and collaborators.

Develop dashboards and financial reports using business intelligence tools.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.

Strategic Support:

Be The Compliance Agent for the organization

Offer financial insights to assist with decision-making and long-term planning.

Participate in strategic projects and initiatives to drive business growth.

Improvement In Execution:

Identify areas where we can improve the efficiency and forecast accuracy and analysis.

Stay updated with standard methodologies and financial tools.

WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR?

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.

At least 3 years of experience in MNC commercial Finance or FP&A.

Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills.

Applied knowledge of business systems (e.g., Hyperion Financial Management, SAP, etc.) would be an advantage.

Good verbal and written communication skills, both in Bahasa and English.

Agile, adaptable, self-motivated and a keen learner with an inquisitive mind.
