In this high-impact position, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, influence decision-making, and implement innovative solutions that support our €2.4 billion spend portfolio. Your ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and relatable way will empower teams across 27 countries to achieve their goals. With your compelling personality and ability to build relationships quickly and effectively, you’ll thrive as a key partner in shaping our global success.

What you’ll do: Financial SM business partnering support of Global FM categories covering 7 regions plus global FM/indirect teamsProviding insightful analysis and insights of strategic SM category development through Financial Modelling to regional and global teamsVisibility, interpretation, and insights of the savings initiative’s portfolio including progress against target/forecast and pipeline transparencyCollaboration with all Supply Management regions across Sodexo whilst contributing to a strong analytical network of SM Finance colleagues globallyConnecting performance of the function to the P&L

What you bring:Degree level education & accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)3+ years post qualification/role relevant experienceSupply chain experience desirableGlobal mindset with international experience an advantage, Fluency in English mandatory; any other language an advantage.Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI) and relevant data capture, storage & analytical tools/systems
