Job Description:A Finance Business Partnering Manager leads a dedicated team within an organization that focuses on a specific area of expertise, gathering knowledge, developing best practices, and providing leadership, training, and support to the wider organization, ensuring consistent implementation of high standards across all departments related to our Centers of Excellence; essentially acting as a knowledge hub for that specialized area within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Finance Center of Excellence (CoE) to identify, design, and implement process improvements and use of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to analyze and ensure adherence to defined standardsIdentify, evaluate, and oversee the deployment of best business processes organizationally, by working with Finance process owners and other key cross-functional leadersContinuously research and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices within their focused area. Disseminate knowledge through training programs, documentation, and workshops to educate others across the organization. Define and maintain consistent standards and guidelines for processes, procedures, and quality within their domain. Provide expert advice and guidance to teams facing challenges related to their area of responsibility. Directly supervise CoE Team members in providing support for key responsibilities

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business administration required

Required Qualifications

5 or more years of experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting

Preferred Qualifications

2 or more years of direct supervisory leadership experience
