We are looking for a Finance Business Partner who is eager to join us in our Insight to Impact Finance department, based in our manufacturing site in Bulle, Switzerland.
About the role
As Finance Business Partner, you will contribute to UCBs sustainable value creation by being an effective financial guardian and proactively challenge through functional & data management.
You will be the primary point of contact for local manufacturing operations in Bulle for key financial deliverables: financial planning, performance monitoring, decision making and agile resource (re)allocations.
You will also ensure and maintain a strong relationship with stakeholders across the company and will provide specific expertise in transversal financial areas (E2E value chains, projects, process and systems set-up).
The role is based in Bulle, Switzerland.
What you’ll do
Financial Planning: Drive financial planning exercises for ensuring completeness, accuracy of the underlying data (CAPEX, OPEX, Cost of Goods calculations) in accordance with UCBs strategic ambitions and ensure that these are being reviewed and reported in a timely manner to the relevant stakeholders. Performance measurement: Work with business partners in understanding and interpreting financial data (business reviews). Perform monthly closing, dashboarding, monitor variances and ad-hoc analysis.Focus on Value creation for assets in Bulle Technical Operations’ portfolio.Provide and facilitate financial and operational support where required.Partnership: Act as a trusted finance business partner for the local leadership team and the business. Contribute to continuous improvement projects.Data support & process: Contribute and act as Finance representative in various governance and business process and system changes.Creates & controls monthly business performance analytical reports as well as the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning packages.Ensure integration between different planning exercises 10YP, Budget, Rolling Forecast and Resource (re)allocation.

Education: Bachelors and/or master’s degree.7 - 10 years’ experience in Manufacturing Finance preferably in the healthcare sector.Experience in controlling is a must.Knowledge of accounting and closing procedures.In a fast paced, changing environment, you are curious, mentally agile and can champion change thanks to your can-do attitude.Strong analytical and communication skills.Ability to interact with the local leadership team.Ability to explain differences and recommend solutions.Ability to prioritize.Deep understanding of business reality & related drivers.Solution driven, providing financial expertise and data support for decision making.Inspired by external and cross industry benchmarking.SAP Fico, SAP MM, BI Cognos and budget tools advanced knowledge.Previous exposure to AI and Advanced Analytics solutions.Languages: Fluent in French & English.Are you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
