Salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $144,000.00 annually. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Expertise in FP&A responsibilities including P&L analysis, forecasting, budgeting in order to understand requirements and upstream/downstream implications
+ Responsibilities will focus on Hyperion Planning and Essbase applications and will also include HFM support for the consolidation process and loading files; maintain and oversee the operations of Hyperion Planning financial systems
+ Key Areas of Responsibility Support business teams through recommendation, scoping, and guidance through completion of systems and business process improvements and maintain the integrity of system metadata, dimensionality, business rules and reporting
+ Solicit business requirements by leading discussions and workshops with Finance business partners, as needed; identify process and design improvements to facilitate greater system effectiveness and efficiency.
+ Responsible for administering, managing, and supporting critical Finance applications in partnership with Finance stakeholders and Technology
+ Develop and enhance governance of Hyperion ecosystem to provide oversight, guidance, escalation, consistency, and issue resolution. Works directly with key stakeholders and business partners to drive improvements in core financial processes such as close/consolidations; planning, budgeting, and forecasting; and management reporting
+ Own the Financial MDM structure in Hyperion and oversee the application of MDM chart of accounts and regional MDM to other system stakeholders globally
+ Support global finance team by developing additional functionality and enhancements within the Hyperion financial systems and support the financial close, budgeting and forecasting processes and related reporting
+ Drive process automation & optimization; work on financial reporting projects to continue to propel the FP&A organization
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ BS/BA/MBA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business / Data Analytics
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science or similar
+ 3-5 years of experience of business-related experience with prior experience in an FP&A / consolidations role, including preparation of management reporting that includes performance insights
+ 2-3 years of Hyperion experience required with expertise in Hyperion/Oracle/Essbase
+ Experience in data analytics/data management, business analysis, and/or program management experience in technology, process improvement, and/or organization design initiatives
+ Ability to think strategically to develop forward thinking and growth-oriented business solutions
+ Experience with the design and implementation of technology/tools which enable financial processes
+ Experience leading, managing and supporting colleagues/teams in the delivery and support of financial processes and systems
+ Change management and analytical problem-solving skills
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to drive programs independently
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership
+ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships cross- functionally.
+ Proven record of successful project management and organizational skills
