General Summary:
As a member of the Finance Modernization team, this role will help write the next chapter for the Company by supporting impacted groups to transition from our legacy systems and processes to the new Oracle platform. This role is responsible for partnering with various teams in Finance and leading them through the Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation process including high-level strategy for change and communications activities
Job DetailsDuties & Responsibilities:
§ Change Management:
o Lead the Change Management and Communications component of the Finance and HR transformation for the Company
o Collaborate with consultants and program leaders to co-create and finalize change management deliverables (i.e. Change Strategy, Communications strategy)
o Act as a change champion and advocate for the change and program initiatives
o Lead the Change Agent Network
§ Communications & Training:
o Work with both HR and Finance leaders and stakeholders to ensure all stakeholders are supported through the change via training and communications
o Develop and distribute key communications to program stakeholders in accordance with the communication strategy and stakeholder needs throughout the program
§ Project Management:
o Identify change management and project issues as they arise; prepare recommendations to address the issue in a timely manner
