Job Summary:
Blackstone is seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to lead our internal business management objectives, compensation strategies, and global finance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, operational strategy, and team leadership, with a proven track record of driving organizational effectiveness and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Management:
•    Oversee a 500+ organization including functions, such as Global Fund Finance, International Finance, Global Corporate Services, Investment Operations, Valuations, and FP&A.
•    Develop and implement a comprehensive range of internal business management objectives to enhance operational efficiency.
•    Drive the group’s compensation strategy and oversee year-end compensation processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
•    Lead headcount planning and hiring strategies, including reporting and forecasting across various locations.
•    Manage the allocation process for Finance COO groups, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
•    Oversee the Firm’s fund administration revenue chargeback processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
•    Own and streamline end-to-end administrative processes for the group.
•    Set and promote a positive culture and talent programming in collaboration with leadership and HR business partners.
•    Manage the annual budgeting process, including the development and training of necessary tools, budget assumptions, and coordination across the organization.
•    Oversee Finance branding, including coordinating strategy, and events, in partnership with Corporate Affairs.
•    Prepare management meetings and offsites for the broader Finance organization as needed.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
•    10+ years of experience in financial management, operations, or related fields, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
•    Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
•    Highly organized and proactive.
•    Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving results in a complex, dynamic, and team-based environment.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
•    Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
•    Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and drive business growth through innovative thinking and strategic execution.
•    Detail-oriented and possesses a strong work ethic; ability to multi-task and execute a wide range of assignments; strong time management skills
•    Ideal candidates would have a commitment to excellence in their work product and a desire to learn and grow as a professional

Expected annual base salary range:

$155,000 - $225,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
