Salary expectations: $21.00/hour

Responsibilities:Prepare travel requests and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and completenessHandle acquisition card transactions and purchases in SAP IRISConvert, compile, and manage documents using Foxit, SharePoint, OneDrive, and OneNoteManage and update meeting schedules, resolving conflicts in the Outlook calendarPull, analyze, and prepare financial reports in SAP IRIS; export to ExcelOrder office supplies, record purchases in SAP, and obtain necessary approvalsMaintain an electronic filing system and handle confidential documentationSchedule and organize meetings/events, including logistics, agendas, and hospitalityAttend meetings, take minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-upProofread documents for accuracy in formatting, spelling, and grammarPerform various administrative and financial tasks as requiredQualifications:12 months of recent relevant business experienceFinancial administration support for executives, VPs, CEOs, and managementExcellent time management, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal)Strong problem-solving abilities, mental agility, resilience, tact, and planning skillsDiscreet handling of sensitive/confidential informationReliable, prompt, and positive attitudeProficient in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, Edge, OneDrive, and SharePointKnowledge of Government of Canada business processes, including the Financial Administration ActFamiliarity with IRIS Systems (SAP Financial System), AMEX Global Business Travel (GBT) system, and GCdocsExperience in event and hospitality management, budget and accounts reconciliationPractical application of Sections 32 and 34 of the Financial Administration Act and Delegated Financial Spending AuthoritiesApplication of the National Joint Council Travel Directive
