Reporting to Finance People Leader in the Ethicon LLC legal entity located in Guaynabo from a finance control standpoint. Utilizes financial and general business knowledge to provide analysis and support in areas such as Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, SOX Cycles and Inventory related accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Support to internal and external financial audits.
+ Help to execute balance sheet account reconciliations.
+ Prepare departmental business vs actuals (BVA’s) reports.
+ Transition binders’ maintenance.
+ Record retention.
+ Support team with ad hoc requests.
+ Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
+ Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
+ Performs other duties assigned, as needed.
**Qualifications**
+ Currently enrolled and with good standing, in an accredited University or College program, working towards a degree in a Business Administration Field, Accounting and Finances.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, project management, and technical competence.
+ Demonstrated capacity to receive and follow directions, set priorities, and achieve results.
+ Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and apply complex application.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong interpersonal abilities.
+ Capable to see opportunities for improvement and demonstrate initiative.
+ Knowledge of general office protocols, procedures, and equipment.
+ Basic understanding of Business acumen and financial concepts.
