Pratt & Whitney’s Finance Center of Excellence has an exciting new remote opportunity for a Financial Manager. 

The Center of Excellence is a dynamic group that serves as a key production support function for the Pratt & Whitney Finance systems.  This group provides specialized guidance and assistance for our users across the company. 

We automate manual and time-consuming processes, work with IT on major enhancement projects and assist with system rollout and change management communication. 

The COE is looking for someone with great analytical skills, ability to solve problems, a self-motivator, and can think strategically.  If you like working with systems in a close-knit group of professionals, come join us in changing Pratt & Whitney.

 

What You Will Do:

- Provide project management representation on the S/4 HANA project.

- Act as focal point for P&W Financial support of the OneStream software.

- Assist in identifying and deploying automation opportunities within all areas of finance, in particular AgilePoint journal entry automation.

- Troubleshoot problems and address user questions pertaining to Financial systems (SAP, OneStream, Concur, etc.).

Qualifications You Must Have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Business or a related field plus 8 years of prior relevant financial experience; OR an advanced degree plus 5 years of prior relevant financial experience.

- U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

- Experience with OneStream software.

Qualifications We Prefer:

- MS Office, Excel Power Query, SAP.

- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.

- Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude.

- Clear, concise communicator with all levels of management.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
