Job Description

Job Summary:

The Production Finance Coordinator will support three Production Finance Executives and productions that they are currently assigned. This position interacts with all of the shows on a daily basis.

Essential Responsibilities:

Set up show accountants and their staff with all required hardware, software and formsCoordination of weekly payroll, disbursement of pay checks, upload payroll invoices into VISTAAudit all purchasing cards and petty cash envelopes for accuracy and compliance with UTV policies in prep and wrapSubmit all purchasing card applications to the administrator and verify all approvalsPrepare and book journal entries, including recoupmentsRequest wire transfersRun various VISTA reports as required by Production Financial ExecutiveManage all mail and federal express packages that are received and shipped dailyDaily communication with the accounting staffs working in the fieldHandles production accounting functions prior to the start of the production accounting staffAssist in the running of reports during quarterly and yearly closeRun ad hoc reportsAssist Production Financial Executive or Production accountants with SAP inquiries and/or reportsManage master Show assignment and Show CalendarGeneral processing of information; facilitation and distributionProvide administrative assistance as needed to Production Finance Executives as well as Production Finance Associates 

 

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

Preferred Bachelor’s DegreeKnowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, and Vista production accounting software1+ year of experience working in industry finance or production experienceBasic knowledge of show payroll and completion of employment formsUnderstand basic accounting principles

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
