A Hybrid working model

We have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations. POSITION OVERVIEW

The Finance Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day Makerhouse Studio billing process on all projects. The Finance Coordinator partners with; Client Engagement, Multi-channel production, Post-Production Coordinators, and the Video Production Manager to ensure proper documentation and coding of all projects prior to the tasks of preparing the invoices, resolving billing issues, and timely process of all projects.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ PRINICIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Prepare and process Studio Invoices and monthly billing for all In Maconomy open jobs, create estimates and prepare invoices. Issue external Purchase Orders and fill out Vendor Setup Paperwork as needed. Approving invoices for Accounts Payable. Process Agency Close Alerts for other OpCo systems. Reconcile Check/Posting Create weekly Open Job Reports for Makerhouse Client Engagement Review work in progress with Client Engagement to facilitate partial billings and resolve any special circumstances relating to finances on a Offer support. and collaborate with Multi-channel Production, Post-Production Coordinators and Video Production Managers on any finance related matters associated with their projects. Maintain project and financial records for Makerhouse, including the manual and/or digital filing of Job Jackets and their contents.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Experience creating and editing financial reports in Familiarity with Project/Finance Management software

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Finance/ Accounting/ Project Management or equivalent experience 1+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting preferably in a creative/post-production advertising environment Have physical and mental requirements to meet the above-listed job
