The Finance Coordinator is reponsible for managing the everydary financial and accounting functions of the company including A/R, revenue recognition, A/P, payroll, cash & expense management and financial reporting. This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the Founder & CEO of this fast growing technology company. If you are good with numbers and motivated by getting things done rather than managing people, this role could be for you. Finario seeks a self-starter with a "can do" attitude interested in being a dynamic contributor to our worldwide growth.
Responsibilities: Account Receivable - Generate and monitor annual client invoices, collections and payments Revenue Recognition - Ensure revenue is properly recognized over the life of the subscription term Spend Management - Payroll, A/P and expense management and accounting Cash Management - Manage our banking arrangements and liquidity Tax Compliance - Manage sales tax compliance through Avalara Reporting - Prepare internal management reporting Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business 1-2 years of relevant finance or accounting experience in a B2B business Experience with QuickBooks Online and Avalara Proficient in Excel or GoogleSheets Experience in a software firm or another business selling products/solutions to other companies Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Detail-oriented with strong attention to tactical execution and follow-through Natural sense of curiosity with a desire to problem-solve for others Compensation: Competitive Salary, 401(k), Healthcare
