PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Reporting to the Financial Planning Manager of House of Tequila, HoT Finance Planning Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the correct planning and control of financial resources for both P&L and balance sheet for the consolidated perimeter of House of Tequila, Pernod Ricard’s Brand company that includes:
· 2 fast growing strategic categories: Tequila, Mezcal
· A portfolio of 5 brands (Altos, Avion, Olmeca, Del Maguey, Ojo de Tigre), distributed in most PR markets and continuously expending
· 3 legal entities
The coordinator is in charge of monitoring the Financial Performance of House of Tequila, reviewing permanently any risk or opportunity on A&P (budget of 12mEUR), SG&A (budget of 8mEUR), OIE as well as balance sheet (inventories, payables and capex mostly)
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS
Ensure the planning and control of financial resources through the budget process and financial projection modelsCarry out the monthly and projected closing on the main lines of the P&L, in particular on: A&P, SG&A, OIE, among others; being the first contact with the different related areasMaintain proper control and monitoring of the allocations by the MC, serving as the primary contact for reviewMonitor and support the monthly and projected closing of Cash process, with a special focus on: WCN, BS figures & appendix follow -up, by analyzing the figures using corporate systemsPrepare monitoring reports, dashboards, perform analysis and explanation of variations vs. budget, in order to verify compliance with financial and operational objectivesIdentify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities (R&O) of the P&L and Cash; as well as develop strategies to mitigate them in collaboration with the teamsPromote the continuous improvement of analytical and reporting skills through innovative ideas and proposalsMeet the requirements of internal clients, internal and external auditors, through the generation of information and support in analysesWork closely with various departments to understand and evaluate financial needs, particularly with OperationsPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Degree; finance, industrial engineering, accounting, administration or similar.
· We require financial backing, previous experience in the role at least 3 years.
· Reach out to different markets for senior management presentations and visibility of findings.
· Strong analytical skills and ability to present information clearly and concisely.
· Previous experience in financial planning, analysis and financial modeling.
· Experience managing P&L and Cash.
· Excel and advanced Power Point (essential)

· JDE, Tagetik , Advanced Power BI
