The finance data and analytic team are responsible for supporting the implementation of finance data models within Honeywell’s enterprise data warehouse and delivering end-user tools and analytics to support business decisions, while also driving change management across finance and business customers.

Key responsibilities:

\n\nDrive the adoption of analytics culture and data-driven decision-making, promoting consumer-driven analytics, and enhance the visibility of data and analytics by providing clear data stories and spreading them across the organization.\nLead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights, guide business decisions, and identify optimization opportunities.\nBuild, develop, and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, technical processes, and performance metrics that support key business decisions.\nPartner with Finance and Non-Finance Leadership/stakeholders to define key analytics requirements, assess business impact, resolve cross-functional issues, and manage project challenges by escalating when necessary.\nExamine, interpret, and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, technology, sales, marketing, and product teams.\nLead change management initiatives and anticipate future demands within Finance, including people, technology, budget, and business needs.\n\n

 

YOU MUST HAVE:

\n\n+7 years of overall experiences as a finance professional spread across Analytics, FP&A, P&L, Controllership, Intelligence tools and technologies.\n\n

WE VALUE:

\n\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or similar\nMBA with Advanced Analytics\nPrior experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, or data analysis\nExceptional analytical skills (linking results to drivers)\nAbility to see solutions in large data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities.\nExperience with reporting and analytic tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx.\nAbility to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives involving senior leaders.\nExecutive Communication skills; ability to interact effectively with C-Suite level leadership.\nExceptional skills in building relationships with stakeholders who view them as trusted partner.\nStrong project management skills; PMP/Agile/Scrum certification is a preferred\nKnowledge of databases, data warehouse structures, data mining and reporting tools\nProactive, ability to use own initiative/judgement and problem solving skills, with ability to demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and discretion are required.\nSelf-motivated, results-oriented and assertive individual.\nThe ability to quickly identify subtle patterns among issues and to make consistent and timely decisions.\nAdditional InformationJOB ID: HRD255133Category: Data & AnalyticsLocation: 1944 E Sky Harbor Circle,Phoenix,Arizona,85034,United StatesExemptGlobal (ALL)
